Where do your picnics take place? Chelan Shindigs is an event service that travels to your location. Do you have a property for an event? No we travel to a location of your choice in the Chelan Valley area. Do you provide food and drinks for our event? No we can deliver food and drinks but we are not a catering service. What do you specialize in? Chelan Shindigs was created with a vision to provide everything you need for a small intimate gathering. We like to focus on small gatherings 20 people or less. Can I add my personal style to the tent? We have a standard look that is included in our set up. For an additional fee, we can create a unique party to match your personal taste. Feel free to add to the decoration to make it your own. What kind of items do you rent? We have a beautiful Bell tent that can accommodate up to 16 people. Low profile tables and pillows come with standard picnic setup. Decoration, heating or fan, lighting, flameless candles serving platters, plates, napkins and cutlery all are included in standard picnic set up. We can provide a screen and projector for movie night. Photography trailer which includes backdrop, chair, polaroid camera and film. Photography Backdrop and balloon arch. Where can you put the tent overnight? We can put the tent in your back yard or a campsite or perhaps an airbnb location. The location just needs to allow over night camping. What is included in the overnight tent package? We provide, tent, cots, inflatable mattresses, sheets, pillows, blankets. If you have electricity we can include, lighting, heater and or fan. Can I book several tents? At this time we only are capable of setting up one tent. What would I use this service for? Chelan Shindigs can elevate any party or gathering. We can provide a unique experience for: birthday parties, weddings, holidays, camping, girls weekend, vacation, beach day, date night and so on.
